Hassle-free returns within 60 days.
If you are not 100% happy with your products, you are welcome to contact us within 60 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the process.
After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within seven (7) working days. Items returned after seven days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. And you will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item(s) back to us.
Note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We offer a 1 Year warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturer defects. The following are examples of manufacturer defects:
- Spring clasp breaking
- Chain disconnecting from the clasp/jump ring
- Chain breaking in the middle without force being applied to it (no stretched links)
Items that qualify for the warranty will be repaired free of charge. To start a warranty request, please email email@example.com with the subject "Warranty Request - Order #xxxx" along with clear photos of where the defect is, and we'll get you taken care of!
If the items can't be repaired , we will send a new one or refund directly and no need to return.
Please note that our warranty doesn't cover items that were broken with force, such as accidentally pulling on the chain and breaking it. If your item doesn't qualify for the warranty, we may be able to repair it for a small fee. Please also feel free to email us with the subject "Repair Request - Order #xxxx" along with clear photos of where it broke.
